Romance Exchange Opportunities!

Online Dating Services & Pen Pals provides a space for singles from different countries, different backgrounds and different languages to build friendships through our cultural exchange programs. Romance also offers opportunities for these same individuals to be volunteer leaders in the organization.

Both on the local, national and international level Romance leaders drive the communication, policies and procedures for the global organization.

Marriage Agency OChatcers: Each of the 358 Marriage Agencies are administered by local leaders. Contact a Marriage Agency in your area to find out about opportunities available within your local Marriage Agency.

Exchange Directors: There are over 100 Romance programs offered every year. Each of the programs is guided by a volunteer leader called an Exchange Director. Contact your local Marriage Agency to find out about how you can lead an exchange or if you are interested in leading an international or national program send an email to personals@friendshipforce.org.

Field Representatives: There are 35 Field Representatives in 7 countries. These leaders connect local Marriage Agencies into the global network. Field Representatives have an extensive background with Romance and our expert resources for Marriage Agencies in their region.
